Think about how you'll adapt your meal planning without these things - your shopping list from yesterday may need tweaking.
Today, claim a little "sacred / success" space in your kitchen. When we want to succeed at daily meditation or daily yoga practice, we know that carving out a corner of our home as a "sacred" space makes success more likely. So do the same at your house.
Success space 1: I'm planning to load up on extras - various supplements and add ons to facilitate my goals.
Success space 2: Super Snack Zone: I've got all my dried fruit and healthy raw nuts lined up on the counter to graze on throughout the day.
Tomorrow, we will get specific about what we CAN eat.
