​Fresh, frozen, dried, preserved: blueberries are the greatest of all superfoods. Your skin, brain, eyes, teeth, immune system, energy - every part of healthy, youthful you thrives with lots of berries in your day.

But they are sweet enough without added sugar.

Just-Fruit preserves are hard to spot in the sugar-packed jam section of the grocery store, but they are worth it. Way more than a guilt-free pleasure - this is medicine. 
Pile it on, as thick as you like. Who needs a facelift? Just eat this.
