Section 2 (orange) Materials
Weekend 2 materials include posture labs for all the major sun salutation postures, as well as a variety of examples of creating "vinyasa" or "flow" from one posture to the next. The more you practice connecting with this energy, the more employable you will be as a teacher - most studios offer flow classes, and they are among the most popular for students. Also the most injurious, so please focus on your own safety as you practice, and listen carefully to the teachings in your own body. In addition to vinyasa style classes, we study the second chakra, the second limb, nutrition, more on the mechanics of the body, and our ongoing work on the first book of yoga, explained.
