Anatomy Addicts Anonymous

Most yoga teachers want to know more about anatomy, but mostly because they feel uncomfortable with all that they don't know. At Camp U, our main programs are focused on deep understanding of the fundamentals, so teachers can know a little really well - enough to teach correctly and safely. 

For those teachers who are crazy about anatomy, this  playful add on course will test and challenge your knowledge with word games, crossword puzzles, knowledge challenges, ​and assignments to help you dive deep and remember. It will include downloadable files and a facebook group for group challenges.

Final Assignment: We will know you've participated by your participation.

* 9 Projects: This might be a wisdom or advanced teaching assignment, but unless you are training teachers or teaching anatomy classes, it's really intended to be a playful study tool. Work with your mentor to decide if there is a  project for you in this course.
