Over the course of 2 weekends, we explore the body scientifically and intuitively. It's important to know the science of things, and equally important to get out of our brains and into our animal nature to truly understand the miraculous organism you are. Within all that complexity, the path to wellbeing is simplicity.
As we explore the major systems of the body, we'll break down some of the wild claims yogis sometimes make into factual, practical, useful truths, and show you how to apply the knowledge in sequencing, meditations, pranayama practices, private coaching, and personal wellbeing.
Weekend 1 will include a deep exploration of the fascia, muscles, skeleton, CNS, endocrine, lymph and cardio-respiratory systems. We will also teach and explore meditation on a deeper level.
