Understanding the principles of The Yoga You Need™ empowers you to teach a true All Levels class, and to focus on unique audiences, from elderly to super athletes.
The Yoga You Need™ is a philosophy of low risk, high reward practice that uses traditional and adapted yoga poses to effectively and safely build strength, stability, balance and freedom from pain for any level of practitioner. It is especially effective on injury recovery and working with older people. You will spend a lot of time immersed in this thinking and practice, and you will be profoundly more effective as a yoga teacher.
We will continue to deepen our study of meditation techniques and experiences, and also explore the digestive system, and go further into fascia, muscles, bones, CNS, endocrine, lymph, and cardio-respiratory.
